Bekir Yener Yıldırım is a Board Member and General Manager of Neo Asset Management and a leading sector professional in the development of real estate investment in Turkey. His work on real estate, corporate governance and investment relations, has seen him collaborate over many years with leading civil servants, market professionals and academics across the Turkish market.
He has been a key participant in many significant and innovative national projects, such as the establishment of the Istanbul Financial Center, the international promotion of Turkish capital markets, the legislation establishing international real estate valuation standards in Turkey, the establishment of an arbitration system in real estate valuation, Turkey's membership of the European Valuers' Association, reciprocity regulations in real estate, legal regulations for the sale of real estate abroad, and the financing and related regulations for urban transformation projects.
Mr. Yıldırım currently serves as the Board Member and General Manager at Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Neo Portfolio Management Inc.), which he co-founded, and also continues his roles as an investment committee / board member at a variety of technology startup companies, investment companies, and investment funds, as well as at Oyak Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.
He graduated from Ankara University, Department of Economics in 1999. He worked as an expert at the Capital Markets Board (SPK) between 1999 and 2006, as Deputy Secretary General at the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2006 and 2011. Then between 2011 and 2013 he was the founding General Manager of the "Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Institution Inc." (SPL), established by the SPK and the İstanbul Stock Exchange (Borsa Istanbul). Mr. Yıldırım also served between 2011 and 2017 as the President of the Association of Real Estate Appraisers of Türkiye (TDUB).
Tanju Günel is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences.
He began his professional career at the Istanbul Stock Exchange (Borsa Istanbul), where he served as an expert until 1995. Subsequently, he worked as a manager at Takasbank (Turkish Central Clearing and Settlements Bank) until 2010.
In 2010, he joined Osmanlı Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (Osmanlı Securities) as a Founding Partner and Board Member.
In 2011, he joined Bosphorus Capital Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Bosphorus Capital Portfolio Management) as a Founding Partner and Board Member. Bosphorus Capital was later acquired by Azimut Holding, an EU-based international asset management company. He actively participated in the acquisition process, serving as a Board Consultant at the company until the end of 2017.
In 2018 he joined Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Neo Portfolio Management), as a Founding Partner and Board Member. He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Investment Committee for the company's funds.
Mr. Günel has held multiple senior positions over his more than 20 years of experience in the Turkish Capital Markets. He has served as a board member at various periods for prestigious institutions such as the MKK (Central Registry Agency), VIOP (Futures and Options Market), TSPAKB (The Association of Capital Markets Intermediary Institutions of Turkey), and Vera Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. (Vera Asset Management).
Dr. Mustafa Doğan graduated from Boğaziçi University’s Department of Business Administration in 1989. Between 1991 and 1992, he worked as a research assistant in Banking and Risk Management at Indiana University (Bloomington). In 1992 he received his MBA from the same university. From 1993 and for the following 6 years he served as Deputy General Manager at Bankers Trust Istanbul, with responsibility for the pricing and risk management of all products, including foreign exchange, interest rates, all derivative products, and for his last 2 years, equities. Transferring to Dışbank in 1999, he worked for 2 years as Deputy General Manager and was responsible for managing the bank’s Treasury.
In 2001, he completed his Ph.D. in Financial Derivatives at Istanbul Technical University’s Institute of Social Sciences. Since 2001, Dr. Doğan has been providing fund management and consultancy services. From 2011 onwards he continued his career in this field as the Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Bosphorus Capital. Following the company's 2016 sale to Azimut Holding, an EU-based international asset management company, he continued in fund management at the Horizon Fund, a venture he had established in 2011.
In 2018 Dr. Doğan joined Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Neo Portfolio Management) as a Founding Partner and Board Member. He also serves as a Board Member at Boğaziçi Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. (Boğaziçi Asset Management), which he co-founded.
Starting in 2006 at Ernst & Young’s Istanbul offices, he gained experience across various departments. During his E&Y tenure, he rose to become the Manager responsible for Corporate Finance and provided consultancy for numerous domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions.
Between 2012 and 2018, he was part of the investment team at Rhea Venture Capital, where his responsibilities included managing portfolio companies, analyzing investment opportunities, completing investment transactions and managing investment exit processes.
From 2015 to 2017 Mr. Göltepe completed his Master's degree in Finance at INSEAD, completing a higher education that had seen him earn two BA degrees from Istanbul Bilgi University, one in Economics and another in International Finance. While completing his Master’s he also co-founded a UK-based consulting firm and was able to quickly complete significant acquisition, and private placement transactions alongside his strategic consulting services. Having invested in many companies both domestically and internationally, he is currently responsible for the private equity investment funds at Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Neo Portfolio Management Inc.), of which he is a Founding Partner.
Dilaver Ergin is a graduate in Economics from Anadolu University and in Securities and Capital Markets from Beykent University. He began his professional career in 2012 as an Assistant Specialist at Aktif Yatırım Bankası (Aktif Investment Bank).
In 2013, he transferred to Bosphorus Capital Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Portfolio Management). Following the sale of the company to Azimut Holding in 2015, he served as the Fund Services Unit and Coordination Manager.
Mr. Ergin left Azimut Portföy in 2017 and worked as a Fund Manager/Trader at Osmanlı Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (Portfolio Management) until 2020.
He currently holds the positions of Board Member and Assistant General Manager at Neo Portfolio Management Inc. where he is also a partner and has active Fund Manager responsibilities.
She graduated from the Department of International Relations at Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1999. She began her professional career at the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) in the same year and served as a Specialist and Senior Specialist in the Inspection Department and the Corporate Finance Department until 2015.
In 2009, she completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Financial Law at King’s College London. Between 2012 and 2016, she worked as a Senior Specialist in the Corporate Finance Department of the Capital Markets Board, where she developed expertise in public offering processes, financial reporting standards, and risk analysis.
In 2015, she joined Aden Metal Yapı Sistemleri A.Ş. as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a position she held until 2025.
In 2026, Şenda Saatçı joined Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. as a Member of the Board of Directors Responsible for Internal Control.
